Operations IT support recruitment
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the current global settlement system (possible enhancements will be made in the future).
- Covering Fixed Income and Equities within middle and back office
- Engaged in level 2 and 3 support
- Gather business requirements, define/identify, coordinate with the offshore development team, facilitate the UAT process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of technical support/BA experience in middle/back office
- Flexible working and liaising with various teams
- Knowledge with settlements (post trade life cycle, clearing of and also the trade flow)
- Knowledge of ISTAR
- Must speak English and Japanese (business level--communication with BoJ)
