- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent work experience
Required Skills:
- Must possess interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information, concepts, and procedures with all levels of customers, vendors, subject matter experts, and company’s staff
- General experience at a functional knowledge level with both electrical and mechanical facility systems is needed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Must be flexible, innovative, articulate, and concise
- Must possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to read prints, drawings, schematics, and vendor manuals to determine function of systems and components
- Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on using MS Word and Visio
- Ability to train Operations and Maintenance personnel on procedure program requirements
- Strong to expert technical writing/editing abilities and command of the English language
- Design and implement all aspects of the OM Standards Program
- Establish necessary communications and training strategy for implementation of the OM standards program across all departments
- Manage the development and maintenance of systems to establish standards relating to OM core functions in accordance with the OM Procedure Program Manual
- Report as necessary on changes to standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards
- Liaise with other functional/departmental groups on the development of interdepartmental process and procedures
- Ensure processes and procedures meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and contractual requirements
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for maintenance control of OM documents
