Operations Manager - Waste Management Recycling
Location: Central Belt - Scotland
Salary: £40,000 plus benefits
THE CLIENT:
* Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading waste management recycling business operating across the UK.
* They offer a number of specialist services, and operate a variety of facilities on behalf of clients.
THE ROLE:
* As Operations Manager you will take charge of the recycling facility, overseeing all operational and logistics issues.
* You will ensure performance targets are met, Health Safety standards upheld and all maintenance overseen.
* The client is looking for someone who will be able to make process improvements to increase efficiency and output.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* The ideal candidate will have waste management operations experience, ideally within a waste recycling background.
* You should have managed a facility and be able to demonstrate examples of process and efficiency improvements.
* It is a prerequisite that you have an IOSH Certificate and the WAMITAB is desirable.
