Operations Manager - Cards - £60k-£75k
Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £60k-£75k + bens.
A rapidly growing bank is looking for a proactive and driven Operations Manager to be the company's authority on Cards.
You will take the lead in managing Card Operations, managing Front Office relationships, supporting business change and managing key supplier relationships.
You will be the 'Go-To' person for card issues within the company and, with the Head of Operations, will develop the bank's future card strategy.
Essential requirements:
-Proven expertise in debit cards and credit card payments including authorisations and clearing
-Track record of success in card operations, with evidence of driving performance improvement
-A good technical understanding of card profiles and parameters (magnetic strip and chip)
-Experience of the project cycle
-Experience of managing contractual relationships with payments partners payment schemes
-Willingness to get hands dirty on the detail, managing individual customer issues
-Collaborative approach but able to work autonomously
-Proactive, Customer-centric and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
