Compensation Package Includes:
Paid Training: Training pay on a weekly basis.
Solid base salary: $50,000 Plus Performance Bonuses once running branch.
Bonuses: Tied to performance and branch success! Not limited. Health Insurance: Availability for Employee Family Relocation Benefits: Paid Move (no packing or Packing Materials) if moved to different city.
Operations Manager: Management Business Experience Required.
We need a team player who can learn our process while being proactive enough to make good decisions on their own. Someone not intimidated and lead by staff, who maintains control at all times. A Manager able to get employees to buy in to unified company goals. You will be the person responsible for keeping our commitment of providing our customers a quality “Treat You like Family Move”!

Job Description Responsibilities:
- Managing our interstate, local moves storage operations
- Leading, recruiting, hiring, and managing our moving crews
- Planning and scheduling customer moves
- Pre-move confirmation and Quality Assurance calls
- Cost containment (Moving supplies - inventory control)
- Profit Loss oversight and responsibilities
- Safety, DOT and Industry regulation compliance
- Warehouse storage management
- Managing vehicle inspections and maintenance program
- Working closely with our sales department
- Daily administrative paperwork; limited accounting and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Have strong character, Possess a quality driven customer focused, mindset
- Have ability to work full time with varying schedule including evenings and weekends
- A valid Driver License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Pass background check and drug test
- Have intermediate computer skills
- Have great communication negotiating skills
- Be organized and responsible
- Not be Clock-puncher. “9 to 5” type employees need not apply
