As the OM, you are the backbone to the center's success. You will be responsible for welcoming and setting up new clients as well as managing the day-to-day needs of existing clients. Your role will be to ensure that the customer experience is top notch from the physical appearance of the center to the quality of service provided by your team. To be successful in this role you must enjoy wearing many hats! On any given day you will manage the billing and accounts receivable, provide center tours for prospects in the General Manager’s absence, train a new Team Member at reception or manage client concerns; all while ensuring the “wow factor” of the center is achieved with an ultimate goal of achieving profitability, client retention, and stellar customer service.
