Requirements/Skill sets:
1. Knowledge of all Trade finance products along-with the respective ICC regulations (UCP, URC, URR etc).
2. Complete knowledge of all the RBI regulations notifications.
3. Experience in transaction processing, work flow management, AML / Transaction monitoring experience.
4. Hands on experience in handling operations on automated transactional workflow systems are a must.
5. Experience and Knowledge of Transaction Banking Products.
6. Familiarity with Wealth Management and Retail Banking products and process will be an added advantage.
7. Ability to develop Operating procedures to ensure that transaction processing is done in line with policies and procedures.
8. People Management - Experience in handling diverse team sizes.
9. Experience in handling RBI, Statutory and other internal audits.
10. Experience in handling User acceptance testing (UAT) for system implementation and system changes working in a team.
11. Working with Regional and global teams on ensuring compliance with Group / global / Regional standards.
Essential: Graduate or above.
Desirable: Preference will be given for those who have professional Degree.
Additional Requirements: Exposure to regulatory reporting processes / procedures would be preferred.
