Operations Programme Manager – Strategic Projects
The purpose of the position is to influence key programmes of work from the strategy phase through to implementation. Projects span a wide variety of asset classes, but there is a particular focus on OTC Derivatives and in particular Structured Products. You will typically work on new product launches and procedural enhancements from an Operational point of view, managing teams of Project managers on multiple projects.
You will be the Operations lead on all strategic platform projects which will include scoping out the projects, resource management, scheduling and day to day management. Key will be your skill in managing stakeholders and the ability to work with tight deadlines and budgets.
