Operations (Reconcilations) Background (2-3 Years) required for a Leading Fixed Income Hedge Fund recruitment
The position requires someone who can hit the ground running and can have an immediate impact on process improvements and best practice.
The criteria set by our Client is very specific -
-Candidates must be educated to degree level
-Have solid experience working in an operations reconcilations role
-1-4 years post graduate experience
-Some Collateral Management experience
-Fixed Income Knowledge prefered
Job Role Responsibilities -
• Reviewing daily reconciliations, both those produced by fund and the administrators
• Overseeing the paper confirmation process at the administrators.
• Assisting the collateral management and margining processes
• Preparing cash reports
• Liaising with the administrators and investigate deal issues as required and to ensure the satisfactory clearance of such issues.
• Checking Wire transfer forms
• Assisting the Operations Manager with daily tasks as required
