This market leading Banking Operations team is looking to hire an ambitious researcher to join their London based desk. The Ops team focuses on placing high calibre individuals at all levels from Analyst to MD and above, within the Operations space. The team's clients include bulge bracket Investment Banks, Corporate / Retail Banks, Brokers, Ratings Agencies and Regulatory bodies.
As a researcher you will be sourcing banking operations candidates through advertising, headhunting and networking. You will work with the recruiters on your desk to match the needs of their clients, with a view to progressing to a client facing consulting role after building your knowledge of the market.
You will be bright and motivated and of graduate calibre, and it is imperative that you have had previous sales or cold calling experience. An understanding of investment banking / finance would be advantageous. Self-motivated, high achievers with a desire to succeed and the ability to thrive under pressure will find the role challenging and rewarding.
