Operations Strategy Consultant – 6/12 Month FT contract – $150k recruitment

Outstanding opportunity to join a boutique consultancy business, which is experiencing significant and sustainable growth. Initially on a 6 or 12 month fixed term contract arrangement, our client is looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of back office operations and process redesign.

With a flat organisational structure and the ability to work independently, this is a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated consultant to make an immediate impact on the business. The client base is primarily within the commercial sector and the engagements can be self-managed to the delivery of key milestones. Flexible working arrangements are offered and all performance monitoring is output driven.

The consulting engagements will be hands-on, multi facet projects covering financial reporting and control, Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Sales strategy, Relationship Management and all back office functions.

Successful Candidates will posses -

* 4+ years of consultancy experience with a proven track record of leading client engagements
* Ability to work independently and manage own timelines;
* Experience from a top tier consulting firm or internal strategy consulting team;
* Working knowledge of back office operations and process redesign;
* Strong Project Management skills with the ability to carry out work across a multiple client portfolio;
* Excellent quantitative analytical skills;
* Ability to present using Microsoft office products; and
* Degree level education or above.
