Description
The incumbent has responsibility for developing and ensuring the execution of the operational/business strategy for a line of businesses as assigned. The incumbent will partner with business line manger(s) and design short, medium and long-term operational improvements. The focus of this strategy will be process improvements, improvements, productivity improvements, cost structure reduction and accelerating off-shoring activities. Strategic Vision, Decision Making, Influence/Negotiation and Professional/Technical Competence.
Qualifications
MBA desired and 7+ years of related experience. Strong financial (modeling) and analytical skills. Strong background in an operations or consulting on operational issues. Strong leadership skills. Ability to persuade and influence others at all levels in the organization, including the EMG and CEO. Ability to quickly adapt and act to drive change by advocating innovative solutions and new ways of thinking about solutions.
