Ops Risk VP recruitment
A leading International Bank is looking for an Ops Risk VP to join their well established team based in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to join a centralised team which serves all areas of the Investment Bank.
Reporting to the Head of APAC, the candidate to secure the role will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the global framework set by the bank is met in Singapore
- Providing Ops Risk support, guidance and improvements across the business
- Driving the operational risk agenda
- Reducing Ops Risk losses
- Keeping the bank up to date with internal and external Ops risk issues, key measurable and deliverables
- Ensuring new products, systems and processes mitigate risk
The ideal requirements for this role are:
- Around 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong product experience in a wide range of instruments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Management experience including development and performance
- Proven analytical skills
