Description
- Conduct quality reviews of entry-level tasks performed in Processor I and II functions.
- Act as subject matter experts for Document Services teams.
- Review, compare, develop and implement process changes to support industry to investor requirements.
- Learn and retain "historical" differences in document requirements.
- Implement and comply with continuously improved workflow processes and procedures to more effectively meet unit and corporate goals.
- Respond to changing technology and market-driven procedures in professional and innovative manner.
- Complete accurate and timely daily productivity Management Information System (MIS) to provide feedback to the department and as individuals.
- Maintain effective work habits to meet department productivity standards and quality standards while keeping miscellaneous time to a minimum.
- Assist with special projects as assigned and work overtime when requested and required.
- Communicate feedback effectively to employees both internal and external to the unit.
- Assist management as needed with special projects and data tracking for MIS related to production, quality and MSA initiatives within the unit.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Interpret daily reports and proactively manage bottlenecks to ensure timeliness of all process flows.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in Document Processing.
- Ensure employees adhere to company guidelines pertaining to attendance, dress code, productivity, and quality expectations of the department.
- Assist in managing the unit in the absence of supervisor(s).
- Assist in communication link between staff and management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with writing and revising unit procedures to ensure clear communication and improvement in unit efficiency.
- Assist supervisory/management team with completing accurate/comprehensive staff scorecards utilized for performance management, quarterly incentive and annual merit increase reviews.
