HL Business Analysis Reporting Spec is responsible for supporting the business through data processing and reporting. The analyst will also be assigned various production tasks where attention to detail is critical. The analyst will work with business partners to design, test, ad implement reporting solutions. The analyst will be asked to research and resolve data issues and application issues on an as needed basis. The candidate must have
the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical business partners. The candidate must have the ability to work in a time sensitive enviroment where meeting deadlines is critical.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
SEQUEL (SQL) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in the development of management reporting.
Basic leadership skills and experience.
Proven systems analysis and problem solving capabilities.
Expert level knowledge of MS Access, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Experience completing complex projects and participating as a team member on projects of complex scope.
Ability to understand and develop technical direction and assess business requirements and develop reporting and database specifications.
Detail oriented, independent, and works with strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
5 years financial management and/or banking experience.Knowledge of banking, loan products.Knowledge of Chase common systems.
