Retail Banking Services are the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million + personal and small business customers.Online Banking is accountable for understanding how customers want to deal with the Retail Bank online. The Online Banking team create and drive the overall business strategy that provides the experiences customers are seeking and deliver innovation and services they value.
The Opportunity
The Optimisation Campaign Manager works closely with the Online Banking and Sales team to maximise the conversion of online sales, ensuring there are effective processes to make the customer experience simpler and faster. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and delivery of real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation initiatives on CommBank and NetBank to deliver to the Online Channel team's strategy.
What will success look like?
- You will deliver the end-to-end optimisation and behavioural targeting campaign roadmap.
- You will partner with internal external networks to ensure that best practices in real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation are being exposed to business unit management and core website decision makers.
- You will develop real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation test requirements manage the setup and execution of tests using optimisation tool.
- You will implement processes and procedures for test design, implementation and interpretation/measurement.
- You will identify and implement A/B and multivariate testing opportunities from hypothesis creation to influence creatives to identify success metrics and conduct post-test analysis.
- You will manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You will internalise the A/B and multivariate testing capabilities to remove reliance on 3rd party vendors and increase internal experience and knowledge.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate successful test insights into core site features, helping to build business cases to support prioritisation.
What will help you succeed?
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline, such as business, finance or marketing.
- You possess extensive hands-on experience working with standard clickstream analysis tools: eg. SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics, Nielsen, etc.
- You will bring your extensive experience in running A/B and multivariate tests and analysing results for website optimisation and personalization as well as experience using behavioural targeting and optimization tools such as Adobe Test Target.
- You will be familiar with statistical concepts, multivariate statistical analysis, linear regression and other segmentation techniques possess exceptional analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills.
- You will be adept at working with large amounts of data, interpreting performance metrics and preparing reports have an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- You will have proven experience in campaign execution and implementation/marketing analytics, focussing on pre and post campaign analysis.
- You will possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a group of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
