Retail Banking Services are the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million + personal and small business customers.Online Banking is accountable for understanding how customers want to deal with the Retail Bank online. The Online Banking team create and drive the overall business strategy that provides the experiences customers are seeking and deliver innovation and services they value.

The Opportunity

The Optimisation Campaign Manager works closely with the Online Banking and Sales team to maximise the conversion of online sales, ensuring there are effective processes to make the customer experience simpler and faster. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and delivery of real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation initiatives on CommBank and NetBank to deliver to the Online Channel team's strategy.
