We have an immediate need for a Manager of IT Program and Project Management in our CMS public healthcare market sector.
Manage the design, development, implementation and on-going support of Business Intelligence solutions, primarily in the federal healthcare space.
Responsible for all aspects related to the project after contract award.
Assist in the development and/or review of proposals for new projects or changes in existing projects.
Develops and manages project schedules, project finances, customer satisfaction, adherence to contractual requirements and other matters typical of a project manager. Manages a staff (8-10 PMs) that includes technical, training, support, subject matter and other staff involved in project activities.
Serves as the primary point of contact with a customer on the project.
Requires a proven project manager with significant skills in the area of Business Intelligence solutions.

10+ years or more of IT Program Project Management in a large complex organization.
5+ year's or more strong technical knowledge of data warehousing, architecture and application development
3+ year's or more with public healthcare/goverment sector CMS
4+ year's or more managing a technical team of either developers, BA's or PMs full HR accountability (6+ or more staff)
Experience owning Program/Project budgets in the $20MM range or greater
Highly motivated and energetic with excellent management and motivational skills
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Proven experience in federal government project management of Business Intelligence projects, with a preference for large project experience
Proven experience in the healthcare space, with a preference for the federal healthcare space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in business development during the course of a project
Budgeting and ROI- excellent with Excel and other Project Tracking Tools such as MS office or Planview
Bachelor's degree required
MBA/Master's degree preferred
