Basic Qualifications
• 2 years IT experience involving software development, analysis, data optimization for reporting and excellent communication of business problems
• 1 years IT experience with process modeling, simulation, analytics, business rules and workflow.
• 1 years experience defining, designing and developing business process models
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel 80% (Monday - Thursday)
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following BPM products, such as Oracle, BEA AquaLogic, Pega PRPC, IBM Websphere, Savvion, Metastorm, etc.
• Hands on experience in Java and XML
• Experience in the systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementation
• Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
• Experience designing and developing process based solutions
• Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
Professional Skill Requirements
• Ability to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
• Ability to propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of standardized and customized services
• Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
