Oracle Identity and Access Management
- 3+ years of experience consulting, preferably government consulting
- 1–3 years of experience in deployment of at least one of Oracle identity and access management products such as: Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Identity Federation
- 1–3 years of experience administering Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Database, and Oracle Streams, Oracle Rapid Application Clustering (RAC) software, and Oracle Solaris
- 1+ years of experience with advanced security technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, Single Sign–on, directory services, RBAC, PKI, SAML, or digital certificates a plus
- 1+ years of experience supporting a solution in an on–call/24x7 environment
- Ability to support daily interaction with client management about day to day operations activities
- Ability to lead tasks with 2–4 operations staff members
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Proficient with MS Office applications;
- Expert with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years specializing in Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Identity Manager deployments
- 2+ years experience in Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
- Project Management skills for managing technology selection, development and deployment
- Relevant Certifications desired – CISA, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, CAP
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
- Ability to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others
- Demonstrated ability to write report segments and to participate in presentations
- Open to travel requirements
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
- Candidate should be able to obtain U.S. Government clearance.
