Oracle Project Manager Job in England, Midlands UK
Essential Criteria:
· Proven track record in delivery of (ideally) Oracle based Business Change projects from inception through to delivery to agreed cost, timescales and quality
· Excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate key selling messages
· Capable of a leadership role within the business, desire to scope the growth and direction of a Team .
· Experience in implementation full project life cycle
· Proven ability to drive through proposals and bids
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of Oracle applications and technologies including EBS, Siebel, Fusion
- A formal qualification in Project Management
- Offshore and Onshore delivery
- Identification and involvement in major pursuits resulting in new or additional business.
- Flexible about work content and location and able to work independently with the client on site
- Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff
- Have or be able to obtain UK Government security clearance
