Organisation Effectiveness Manager recruitment

My client is a British multinational, head quartered in London they have a global presence, operating in over 50 countries.

They are looking for a strong Organizational Effectiveness Manager to drive and shape the OE agenda across Asia Pac region. This role requires a strong influencer who is able to confidently collaborate with HR Directors and the Heads of Business in order to create, support and foster a community of best practice. The role will see the involvement projects at the initial stage right the way through to execution and completion. The company is highly process driven and would suit someone that has worked in a similar environment.

This role is a regional role, covering the APAC region and can be based inSingapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Sri Lanka.

Key areas for this role are :-

Organisational Design, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Organisational Capability

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Change Management, but they would also look at strong HR BP's with strong change management experience as well as strong Organizational Development or Learning Development background. Ideally a certificate in Project Management such as Six Sigma, PMP or Prince 2 would be desirable. Travel will be required.
