Orthopaedic Sales Associate

Our client is a global company, who leads the market in orthopaedics  with an extensive range of solutions for the orthopaedic professional.  They are a well respected organisation, firmly established in their market and have a presence felt across the industry through strong branding, implant clinical track record and first class surgeon education development pathways.

They now have an opening within the Sydney sales team promoting a range of  large joints - both hips and knees as a  Sales Associate.  This particular  territory has some of Sydney’s top surgeons from Professor level down to Registrars coming through; the high-level mix of customers will test your orthopaedic technical knowledge including working with the most diffcult but rewarding surgical revisions in theatre.

An ideal candidate will have a highly successful track record in the orthopaedic industry coupled with a positive attitude, unmatched tenacity and  a range of technical skills and knowledge to draw upon.   You will not be afraid of knock-backs or setbacks in growing your territory and have the confidence to back yourself but not get in the way of growing relationships in your accounts and amongst your team which includes Clinical Support, back-office and logistics who are all there to support your sales activities.

A highly competitive base salary  is available for a highly skilled and matching candidate, motor vehicle allowance with fuel card and the opportunity to receive bonus for achieving budget. You will also earn uncapped commission above target to really make it worthwhile delivering an outstanding performance consistently.
