OTC Derivative Trade Support
The role requires to manage a tea of 4 people but the key requirement of the role is the capable to manage senior stakeholder relationhips accompanied by a strong knowledge of the front to back lifecycle of OTC products, ideally equity derivatives and listed options
The role will also include managing the tactical agenda to enhance the control framework and help identify, drive and implement process improvements. You must be able to think laterally and recognise opportunities to improve STP process and have the ability to understand complex problems quickly with the ability to articulate those to the front office.
The role is ideal for a recent team leader of an OTC Middle office team who is looking for a an environment which will challenge, develop and mould your skills set with the opportunity to develop further
