Outbound Call Center Representative
We are looking for experienced OUTBOUND Call Center representatives to take the next step in their career to join our ever growing team. We have numerous openings in the Melville area to fill with qualified individuals who have experience working in a fast paced, call enter environment, taking INBOUND CALLS. We are looking for candidates that can provide two valid professional references and can demonstrate superior customer service skills. The ideal candidate would thrive to assist customers and clients and exhibit excellent problem solving techniques. Candidates must be able to present themselves in a professional manner along with clear and effective communication skills. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
-Must be comfortable making heavy outbound calls
-Demonstrate positive attitude and problem solving skills
-Perform quick and accurate data entry
-Basic computer skills(MS Office)
-Previous experience in call center environment
-Excellent communication(written and verbal)
