Outbound Commercial Sales Advisor

A new role has arisen for one of our major clients and it is a great opportunity for an individual with proven B2B or telesales experience. The purpose of this role is to generate new business and leads through targeted outbound telephone activity to help increase the company’s grip on the market.

The commercial clients you call will be established and suspected users of the product. By taking responsibility of your own region and working within a team of other telesales advisors, you will target clients through a wide range of sectors on a daily basis to produce numerous, quality leads. Your call direction will be influenced by targeted company marketing campaigns but you will also get involved in handling inbound calls during the peak seasons.

You will be targeted on standards that measure activity, quality and quantity of results. You will need to build rapport, gather quality information, follow leads and promote the company wherever possible.

Overall, you must have a great phone manner and a motivated and positive personality. Previous B2B sales, outbound calls or lead generation experience is highly desirable for this vacancy.
