As an Outbound Dialler AVM Advisor, you will manage dialler configuration conforming to regulatory (OFCOM) guidelines and ensure excellent customer experience is delivered, providing relevant recommendations in order to maximise productivity or efficiencies. You will manage the outputs and analysis of the dialler and AVM campaigns, identifying and recommending efficiencies for effective use and driving continuous improvement. You will build and maintain effective relationships with business areas and you will provide support and specialist advice on all system queries. You will be required to mange and support small projects within the area and support the ever changing business environment.
