Outbound Telesales Advisor

 

 
Seeking an experienced Telesales individual to join a highly recognized high street brand.
Based in central Bournemouth, working for the I.T. arm of this globally recognised high street brand.

The aim of this role is to secure appointments for the field sales team to demonstrate the company’s software products.  95% of this role will be made up with cold calling from the internal database of contacts to build up a lead bank, with the ultimate aim of booking appointments.

In addition to cold calling and generating appointments there will be a number of incoming leads from a variety of sources, including marketing activity, exhibitions and shows.
 
The ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative is essential as you will be responsible for managing the diary of the field sales representatives. 
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner are imperative.   
 
In return you will be offered a competitive salary and an uncapped commission.
