Now Hiring… Outside Sales Representative (Regional Sales Manager)
Please note: This position is an individual contributor and will not be managing staff.
Based in our New York City office, you will:
- Sell custom font design services, font licenses for a comprehensive selection of web-based fonts, as well as font management services to creative and design professionals in organizations ranging from advertising agencies and design firms to financial and investment institutions.
- Create and execute sales strategies and programs, and achieve assigned sales quotas and goals within key accounts and your assigned territory.
- Prospect and develop business, respond to RFPs, and develop proposals for presentation to customers.
While working independently, you will also work with staff from customer care, marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development at our Corporate Headquarters in Woburn, MA. This position is a newly created one and will afford you a great opportunity to be successful and to have an impact.

Some Skills and Experience You’ll Need to be Successful:
- College degree.
- 5-7 years sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in outside business to business sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing Account and Territory Management strategies.
- Software, technology and/or publishing, advertising, or design market segment sales.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience prospecting and selling over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to sell to key decision makers.
- General knowledge of fonts, typefaces and/or the publishing, advertising and design segments industry is a plus.
- Comfort selling to creative or design professionals (e.g. not routinely a suit and tie type of sale).
You must be able and willing to travel locally in the NYC Metro area, and 25% on East Coast.
