Alphasource is currently looking for a local outside sales professional to join our sales team. Our outside sales representatives are responsible for developing new and existing business, territory management and achieving sales goals.
We are an industry-leading 100+ year young company located in Philadelphia PA who continues to enjoy growth and success as we focus on providing our customers with innovative solutions for their industrial, plant maintenance and safety supplies needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-3 years industrial sales experience including cold-calling skills
Persuasive and able to influence others
Ability to follow sales strategies and grow business through outside appointments
Maintain high productivity and standards while identifying new sources of business
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be successful
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is a plus.
