PA – Director to Reg Relations
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Personal Assistant with experience in Financial Services. This role sits in the legal department for a Global Banking organisation.
We are looking for strong professionals to provide efficient and professional administrative support in order to co-ordinate meetings and build up relations with the regulators.
As a Financial Services Firm this team represents an essential part of the business and the successful candidate must be able to use initiative, be extremely well organized and detail orientated, able to prioritise and multitask. You must be a strong team player and willing to help team when required.
The role will be split between Regulatory Engagement Schedule Coordination and PA to 2 Co-heads in the Regulatory Reporting team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and Regulators
• Arranging a high volume of meetings
• Booking venues, organising VC, Audio and catering arrangements
• Filtering ad-hoc queries
• Updating records and client database in line with changes when required
• Organising travel, itineraries, arranging ground transportation,
• Processing expenses and invoices
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
The right candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
• The ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Solid experience as a PA and a professional / Financial Services environment
• Good knowledge of Power Point and Excel
• Ability to build up relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree educated
