PA / Office Manager / Accounts Job in West Malling, Southern UK

A start up business is looking for a positive, friendly, self starter with bags of initiative to run the administrative side of a business whilst assisting with Accounts, HR and Marketing, plus acting as a PA to the Business Owner.

You will be involved in all aspects of the business from diary and email management to invoicing and account management. You will be happy answering the phones and being first point of contact meeting and greeting customers but will also be capable of getting involved in projects such as implementing a new IT infrastructure and assisting in obtaining ISO9000.

Knowledge of Sage and MS Office is a must. You will be articulate, with attention to detail, excellent written English and willing to work autonomously as well as lead a team. KH Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
