Under general supervision independently perform a wide variety of packaging operations including : wire bonding, hermetic sealing, visual inspection and manual component mounting.
Operate a variety of machines including : Manual wire bonders, Automatic wire bonders, Benchmark welder, microscopes etc.
Update production traveler information and follow work instructions.
Perform first level of equipment/ process troubleshooting.
Overtime expected/required
High school diploma required.
3+ years of experience is desired, but not mandatory.
Good hand coordination : Must be able to handle small items with tweezers.
Must be able to perform basic calculations and manipulate data in Excel.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work with all levels of employees.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
