Pan European Advertising Campaign Executive recruitment

Opportunity
To assist in the delivery of top quality advertising campaigns across UK and European channels, with an emphasis on UK channels, in line with agreed regional marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

Campaign support:
*Work with UK Marketing Manager and Senior Campaign Execs to execute top quality 100% compliant advertising
*Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure all deadline are met and copy/creative is delivered to publications/sites on time
*Monitoring offline/online advertising delivery against plan
*Creating and managing production schedules
*Writing creative development briefs
*Monitoring competitor activity

Team support:
*Maintaining Pan European advertising SBD matrix, ensuring all live advertising remains 100% compliant
*Supporting Senior Executives as required eg. producing post campaign analysis, wrap-up reports
*Providing admin support to the Advertising team eg. processing invoices, finalising presentation documents
*Creating and maintaining hard copy and digital campaign guard books

Key controls:
*Production schedule second sign-off
*Campaign costs second sign-off
*Stakeholder approval process which includes multiple sign-offs

Accountabilities:
*This role is not solely or directly accountable for any functions, however strong relationships with internal departments such as MG Design Print, MG Digital, Compliance, Sales and Investment Marketing as well as with external agencies and suppliers are essential.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:
*Proven relevant advertising/campaign experience (ideally within asset management)
*Experience of working in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance requirements
*Experience of working with creative and media agencies
