Sales Manager – Institutional Trading recruitment
Esposito Securities is looking for a Sales Manager with the ability to recruit established institutional brokerage salespeople into our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should take a proactive role in recruiting and transitioning new representatives. A key component of this position will be recruiting candidates while creating a synergetic relationship with the firm. An ability to recruit and maintain high volume, institutional producers ($250k+) and maintain these candidates longevity is a must. This Candidate should be able to work independently and have an entrepreneurial focus and desire. The position is located in Dallas, TX but recruiting will be done worldwide. A minimum of 5+ years in brokerage sales, recruiting or management is required. Possession of the series 7 and 63 is required.
