Para planner

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Wealth Management firm with their offices based in Dorset. The company is currently expanding and are looking to bring in an extra Para planner. This presents an exciting opportunity where you can develop and progress with this established company.
Responsibilities:
Writing client reports for financial advisor - these may be in relation to pensions, investments, mortgage and other associated financial planning requirements
Writing bespoke letters to customers
Ensuring all paperwork is compliant with FCA guidelines
Speaking with clients and providers by telephone
Business submission and chasing
Create and maintain filing systems / client files
Attend staff meeting and training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Other general administration duties
Skills:
Proficient in IT with skills in word processing and spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within and outside the business
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential
Experience working with financial research and file preparation would be desirable but not essential
Experience working with financial platforms would also be advantageous
Good level of education with GCSE’s in Maths English, Grade C or above
The ideal person will have background in financial administration that has the ability to work under pressure. You will be a team player who can take charge of all administration within the office, have a friendly but professional attitude and be able to quickly fit in with our existing team.
