Project Manager
Project manager required by a leading Asset Services client to support a project currently in flight.
The project is working to centralise an area where legal documents and client agreements, covering the UK and internationally, will be held.
You will ensure all legal documentation is stored and indexed to the appropriate legal entity to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (Global).
Establish Terms of Reference for the project, including Terms of Reference Business Case.
Establish resource profile, mobilise oversee delivery adhering to appropriate governance and controls.
A major part of this role will be ensuring the central area is up to date, this will include pockets of the business which will require a clean-up operation, so experience working on a similar project would be an advantage
It is essential that you have a proven track record in project management with experience of adding resource where required and working across satellite teams in different locations.
Essential experience for the role:
Project management
Experience of core 'Asset Servicing' product set is essential
Operational experience – resource requirements/ matrix management
