Current Need The position of Enterprise Account Executive has recently become available within the Paragon Hospital Sales Team. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for all activity in assigned accounts including client satisfaction, product sales, services sales, and development of the client relationship at all levels in the client organization. Territory: North Central, U.S. Position Description 1. Achieve the customer success metrics defined for the Enterprise Account Executive Role 2. Increase client satisfaction and develop additional reference accounts 3. Create and maintain account plans for each assigned account 4. Identify and close sales opportunities within account base 5. Responsible for all components of a complex selling process including but not limited to: a. Identify and coordinate activities with key selling influences b. Arrange and manage presentations product demonstrations c. Coordinate Site Visits d. Manage contract negotiations 6. Identify and coordinate activities with key selling influences 7. Conceptual selling skills are required 8. Manage time and resources effectively to meet territory sales objectives 9. Expertise in all aspects of product, service and industry issues 10. Organizational and communication skills are a priority 11. Proficient in the use of automated territory management tools 12. Maintain industry and product knowledge and inform company of changing market conditions and competitive issues 13. Identify and close sales opportunities in existing customers and coordinate activities with account managers 14. Report sales activity to management 15. 60-70% overnight travel required Minimum Requirements Account Management experience with proven customer success satisfaction 3+ years successful healthcare information systems sales experience to hospitals Experience in long sales cycles (1+ years) Comfortable selling at high levels in the healthcare market (CEO, COO, CIO, CFO level) Verifiable experience exceeding large quotas ($3,000,000+) Knowledge of strategies for hospitals Knowledge of sales territory management (Siebel experience a plus) Good negotiation, conflict management customer service skills Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously. Knowledge of information systems technology and of healthcare industry and trends Strategic sales account planning skills. Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
