Requirements for the position are is a minimum of 5 years working within healthcare litigation, Florida Registered Paralegal, possess a working knowledge of the Florida/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and Florida Statutes, Prior trial and multi-state experience highly desired. a working knowledge of computer applications and litigation support systems are also essential requirements.
