Busy Lender's Attorney looking for organized and energetic person to assist closing coordinator. knowledge of preparing, scheduling and setting up files for mortgage closings very useful. Must be able to take direction and work with loan officers, borrowers and title companies, and work directly under closing coordinator. Should be familiar with HUD statements and closing procedures. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while keeping your composure and maintaining a positive attitude.
