Paralegals
This leading full service private practice law firm with 4 offices in the South East now requires Paralegals to join the sucessful team that looks after Professional Regulatory matters particularly relating to Accountancy, Education, Legal and Healthcare sectors. These positions have come about due to growth of this department that has gained a strong reputation for this work and is Chambers recommended.
Roles will involve investigating, taking witness statments and preparing cases of allegations relating to professionals' fitness to to practice before Conduct and Competence Committes and Disciplinary Tribunals. We are looking for talented Paralegals from a Litigation type background or specialist Regulatory background who have completed their LPC or Law Degree. Excellent investigatory, communication and draffting skills will b erequired togetheradvocacy skills to gether with a proven track record of supervising and managing regulatory affairs will be key.
