Part Qual Assistant Accountant
A local manufacturing business has approached Hays Accountancy and Finance seeking an Assistant Accountant reporting to the Company Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis.
As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for monthly accounts preparation, work in progress calculations, processing payroll every 4 weeks, BACS Credit card processing, Cash flow updates and forecasting.
You will be experienced in using Sage 200 and be part qualified studying towards CIMA or equivalent.
The role requires the candidate to manage their time effectively and prioritise their work loads, good communication skills will be an advantage as you will be interacting with all members of the management team and department engineers.
A manufacturing or service industry experience background would be an advantage.
