Part qualified accountant
Part qualified accountant (ACCA) required to join this Corporate Accounting Services Department. You will have responsibility on a day to day basis for a portfolio of corporate clients with agreed timetables eg management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns, etc. The role will include supervision and training of staff working on client portfolio, draft billing of work done and control of internal budgets on portfolio.
You should possess the following personal attributes:-
•Accustomed to working without detailed supervision
•Good at dealing with clients both in person and by telephone and e-mail
•Positive in outlook
•Keen to work as part of a team
•At least 3 years’ experience working in a practice accounting background and will have ideally used Iris Accounts Production to prepare statutory accounts
•Accustomed to using computerised accounting software and excel
•Able to prepare management / statutory accounts
•Hands on approach to work
•Keen to grow with the business
