PART QUALIFIED AUDIT EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT JOB FOR A TOP 4 FIRM IN SOUTHAMPTON
Our client is a Top 4 firm of Chartered Accountants and they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of an ACCA or ACA part-qualified accountant with experience of audit work.
Your client responsibilities will include effectively managing the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters. You will demonstrate Business Development skills and identify additional sales opportunities as well as a solution-based approach to problem solving. You will have expertise in primary accounting frameworks (UK GAAP or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters as well as using GAM to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards.
The successful candidate will be part-qualified ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) with a degree and previous external audit experience. They will need to demonstrate the ability to influence, change and shape the direction of a particular activity, either internally and/or externally and contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situations.
