Part-Qualified Semi Senior
EXPERIENCED PRACTICE SEMI SENIOR / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT SOUGHT BY A SMALL FRIENDLY ACCOUNTANCY FIRM IN THE CHRISTCHURCH AREA - PART QUALIFIED AAT OR ACCA OR QUALIFIED BY EXPERIENCE
Our client is a well-established accountancy practice firm in the Christchurch area and they are seeking to appoint an experienced accounts semi senior to join their friendly team.
The role will involve a wide range of work including accounts preparation, personal tax returns, VAT returns and some auditing, although full training will be provided in audit if required so this is not a pre-requisite skill. Clients of the firm are wide-ranging from sole traders and small limited companies through to a large group of companies and family-owned businesses up to £10-11M turnover. The firm also undertakes work for charities, trusts and high net worth individuals.
The successful candidate will need to have a good grounding in practice accounts work and be keen to continue their career in the profession. Qualifications are not essential for this role but if you are studying for AAT or ACCA a full study package will be provided to enable you to complete your studies. If you have experience of SAPA accounts production, CCH tax software and Sage Line 50 / Quickbooks this would be an advantage but is not essential.
