A number of part time opportunities as an Account Analyst have become available within our State Street Shared Services Business entity.
As an Associate 1, you need to be a team player and demonstrate the ability to engage with other employees to achieve success. You will embrace change and continuously look to make further improvements within your team, as well as understand where your role fits in with the organisation's strategy and how you can contribute to the overall success of the business.
The Associate 1 role is responsible for certain elements of a portfolio's valuation. Both the timeliness and accuracy are key in ensuring correct information is delivered to the client. Responsibilities include tasks such as processing transactions, performing reconciliations and pricing securities. The role also requires liaison with and delivery to both internal and external clients.
The Associate 1's role within Shared Services provides an opportunity for you to build your knowledge of the bigger picture of Fund Administration. The role demands effective time management, strong relationship building capabilities and attention to detail.
The main role responsibilities include:
- Performing the core responsibilities of the team
- Timely reconciliations whilst ensuring attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries and participate in the resolution of problems
- Monthly reporting tasks including MIS statistics.
- Ensuring full understanding and adherence to corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures

To be succssful in this role you will possess:
- Previous Fund Administration experience including processing transaction, reconciliations and pricing securities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to contrinute to team success
