Part-Time Bookkeeper

My client is an independent organisation based in the Scarborough area. Established since 2000 this care organisation are seeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join its small team based at the Scarborough office.  This is a part-time job working 25 hours a week, ideally over 5 days, Monday to Friday.

This is a varied role but the key duties will be bank reconciliations, invoicing and general bookkeeping duties.  You will also be responsible for preparing information for payroll and inputting data onto Quickbooks.  Working as part of a small team and reporting into the Office Manager you would also have to do other office based duties at times.

To be suitable for this role you should have some previous relevant experience.  You should be reliable, friendly and be able to work as part of a small team.
