P/T Compliance Assistant (3 Days PW) - £36K + Excellent Package + Bonus

Global Financial Services company that has based its success on creating market trading technology requires P/T Compliance Assistant to support staff and Management across Europe, ensuring that they operate in accordance with regulatory, legal and exchange obligations.
The role has developed through growth for an individual with experienced gained within the compliance space, who perhaps is now seeking a work life balance where they can have quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
• Day to day responsibility for compliance monitoring of Legal and compliance developments and assisting with review, and maintenance of internal compliance processes and procedures.
• Administrative activities associated with Anti money laundering procedures and financial crime issues (incorporating fraud, bribery and corruption)
• Assist in the management of relationships with regulators, exchanges and other bodies.
The ideal candidate would need to be conversant with regulatory rules and associated guidance, in particular market abuse issues; with knowledge of activities undertaken in a trading environment; ideally in a trading floor space and have a thorough understanding of European markets and products.
Strong administrative skills and a willingness to work, as a unit to assist and help the business will be key for this sought after role.
