Part-Time Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist
Job Description Provide exceptional service to Members over the phone and in writing. Possess knowledge in multiple areas within Consumer Loan Servicing and be willing to assist in other areas as needed. Required Skills * Customer Service experience Good keyboarding skills and PC experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook * Good problem-solving and negotiation skills * Be able to work in a team collaboration environment * Possess skills that include but are not limited to properly identifying the Member, use Member's name during transaction, use listening skills, share the moment, use appropriate etiquette, and offer options to solve problem. * Be able to perform transactions using several different software programs * Be able to work in a team collaboration environment * Strong verbal skills, and must have excellent interviewing and listening skills Be able to work a flexible work schedule as assigned by supervisor. This may include evening and weekend hours. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of RCU and its service helpful * Previous lending experience helpful
