Working 21 hours per week between Monday and Friday, a Customer Service Advisor is currently required for our Newbury Contact Centre to deliver a responsive and proactive service to our residents. Acting as the first point of contact the focus of this role is to provide a high quality emergency response to a range of enquiries, logging and tracking caller requests in a prompt and timely manner and liaising with our maintenance team to co-ordinate appointments.
Applicants must have a strong customer focus, be self motivated and demonstrate a high level of empathy, tenacity and confidence when addressing a variety of issues. Excellent telephone skills and administrative experience are essential, together with the necessary calm, patient and organised attributes required within this challenging and rewarding role.
