Part-Time Customer Service Officer (Weekends)

Our client, a leading Foreign Exchange Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to work on a permanent, part-time basis. A market leader in their industry, our client have grown exponentially over the past two years and are looking for someone to fill this position with, due to the increase in clients and growth in business.

You will be contracted to work two full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) of every three, from 8am to 4pm. Due to the small nature of the Customer Service team, you will also be expected to be available to be 'on call' for the third weekend. Initial training will be conducted in regular weekday hours, and there is also the opportunity to work extra hours in the week, covering absence and a spike in business.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Ensuring a high level of customer service whilst dealing with all inbound/outbound client queries

- Setting up new client accounts through database cleansing/fulfilling all administrative tasks

- Ensuring all customer service inboxes are monitored and responses actioned in a timely manner

The skills/experience required in order to complete the role are:

- Excellent written/oral customer service skills

- High attention to detail

- Highly self motivated and able to work autonomously
